Flavia D'Angelo is a woman who was six months pregnant with a girl and then discovered that there were younger triplets sharing the womb as well. Julia Grovenburg is also another woman who found out that she was pregnant with two, but they are not twins. Basically, these two women were pregnant- while pregnant and this rare condition is called Superfetation.
How does this happen? This happens when a woman ovulates more than once a month. So when a sperm and an egg meet, they implant, and for superfetation to occur, another egg gets released and then another sperm meets that egg. Now, a woman conceived while being pregnant already.
I would not want to experience this rare condition because it endangers the younger child or children when being born. They are born prematurely and I would want my kids to be as healthy as possible. If this were to happen to me, I would hope to at least have the children be conceived not more than a couple of weeks apart so that they are healthy and the younger one is not born months premature.The cool thing is that Julia Grovenburg's children is expecting to give birth in two different
